Our policy on digital products

Digital Products

All digital products (e-books, audio narrations, video exports) are non-refundable once generated. As digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we cannot offer refunds on completed orders.

Generation Failures

If our AI fails to generate your book properly (quality issues, technical errors, missing pages), we will regenerate your book at no additional cost. You do not need to pay again.

Print Products

For physical printed books, if you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
